. is your element in controlling your behavior and feelings. I have semi-read a book recently about how your your own fear, happiness, destruction etc. You cant blame anyone for your self-pettiness. The question and answer lays within you and you have-to find it to be able in changing it.

In changing your own self-destruction way of thinking is to understanding where the self-destruction comes from, the analyzation is the key element and if you can analyse if then you can learn and read it for your own benefit.
