tired and hurt..

.. is the feeling I have after a full workout but Im still disappointed of my performance. I know I can do better, I know I should have done better but still I didnt. It makes me feels sad because I have always looked upon myself as an athlete with a robust training style. The number one in everything but lately my past has catched up with the present and Im not what I used to be. I obt to find my old shapeup but its a long road in getting there. I have been back for 2 months now and cant really (in a subjective point of view) say that I should be in my old shape, so I need to have patience with the knowing that I will sooner or later be in a better shape than I have ever been in.

The past is the past and the future can only be better, ALWAYS!
